Group Exercise

 

Enter our Group Exercise Studio at any point throughout the day and there will be something exciting going on. From Kickboxing to Pilates to Zumba we’ve got it here at the GJCC. Our certified instructors will get you stretched, strong and your heart rate going. Check out our class descriptions and Instructor Bios below!

 

Equipment:

No need to bring your own equipment to class; we’ve got you covered. Mats, step blocks, weights, resistance bands just to name a few. Show up with your water bottle and a pair of sneakers and we’ll take care of the rest. Including your towel!
