Swim with the Sharks
Come swim with our family of sharks as a member of the GJCC Summer Tiger shark team. The tiger sharks compete throughout the summer in the Nashville Swim League. During the summer we have several swim meets in our division, culminating with a league wide City Meet, July 26th, 27th and 28th.
Team Philosophy
Our program is one that balances fun, hard work, community, and a commitment to effort. The tiger sharks are a family fun swim team, that encourages swimmers of all ages and abilities, to commit to working hard and improving while still having fun filled practices, meets, and team events.
*Swimmers are not required to come to every practice and meet, but an overall commitment to participation is greatly encouraged to optimize growth, in and out of the pool.
Important Dates-
June 11th, 18th, 25th, July 9th, July 16th- Tiger shark swim meets.
July 26-28th- City meet

COST
Tiger sharks who join us for the summer get a shirt and a cap, as well as all of the entry costs and even costs covered.
For families with one swimmer- $150. Two Swimmers $275
Families with more than two swimmers also receive extra discounts. Not a member of the GJCC? Not a problem, come down and check out the facilities and get a "Summer Tiger sharks Membership".
