Sunday Zumba Class - 11am
 



Indoor Cycling:
Intense, exciting workout; can also be toned down to allow novices a turn at the wheel. Bikes available on a first come, first served basis.
Level: Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced
 



Zumba:
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting fitness system. It mixes body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
Level: Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced
 



"Piloga":
This class incorporates the deep muscle toning techniques of Pilates for the core (abs and back), and the benefits of dynamic yoga poses that work to sculpt, build strength, stamina and balance while improving joint flexibility.
Level: Intermediate.
 



Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa Yoga links the breath and the postures creating a fluid experience of meditation in motion.
Level: Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Body Sculpt:
A strategic sculpting workout focusing on building muscle endurance with weights, bands and tubes. Beginners are encouraged to attend. Use very light weights or no weights at all.
Level: Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Step/Combo:
A great early-morning work-out! Burn fat, strengthen your heart, and get in gear for a busy day.
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Step Circuit:
Work every major muscle group, burn fat, strengthen your heart. Challenge yourself beyond the basics.
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Interval Step/Combo: Regular step with intervals to really raise heart rate. Burns more fat and calories than steady exercise.
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Sports Conditioning-Interval Training:
Participate in group fitness even on Sunday! This class will alternate instructors and class type. Instructors are Anita, Caryn, Faron and Amy.
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Gentle Core Yoga:
Basic yoga postures enhanced by torso strengthening, plus meditation and breath work.
 



Innergy:
A high intensity mix of cardio and resistance training blended together to create an "innergetic" interval workout.
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced.
 



Prime Time Fitness:
For active Seniors. Low impact aerobic workout, plus muscle toning, breathing, stretching for flexibility. All classes are taught by a certified instructor. Use of a chair optional.
 



Gentle Slow Flow Yoga:
Rich, long holds are explored in this therapeutic class with more time for reflection in each asana.
 



Martial Arts:
Classes are available in the Muy Thai & Ju Jitsu forms of martial arts throughout the week in the afternoons, as well as 1 on 1 lessons in a personal training environment.
